can anybody help me?

HI, I have a question or has anybody experienced this, I was laying in my bed one night with nothing on my mine just there with peace and hormony. Within minutes I began seeing a bright white light around me, then I felt like my soul was leaving my body. I ran to the bathroom to splash water on my face but it felt as my body was leaving still. I went to the sofa and as I was lying there I felt like as oneness with everything and I felt heat all over my body. If anybody can tell me what this I will be very grateful.
