Matter from thought ideas?

I just want to touch base on an oft not talked about yet relevant topic that I would like to jam about some heads with. I am pretty close on the brink of full blown manifestation of matter from thought as well as teleportation of objects through portals. I can do both to the point I see them in real life as a faint transparent vision of whatever I am working with, but can never get it to densify to 3d. anyone else close or have any working suggestions? I am missing some critical way to slow down the vibration of said objects to be actually tangible.
