NIYAZ

has anyone else here been into Niyaz? They just had a new album called Nine Heavens and it's amazing. Niyaz is a project from Azam Ali and if you don't know of her you're really missing out on some amazing work. She was the voice for VAS for several years, she has 2 solo albums and now 2 Niyaz albums as well.

Besides her I very much enjoy Lisa Gerrard, Ekova and all of those fantastic world fusion type artists. Has anyone every heard these? I love the stuff with a middle eastern feel to it. Then I also love the Scandinavian stuff:
