Difficulty with the weekend?

Hi. I am new to this group, but already I feel such warmth from everyone. I am having a really difficult weekend, and I can barely even put it into words. Basically, ont the 8th I felt so uplifted and hopeful, like things were really happening!On the 9th, I started to feel som agitation and anxiety. And then today, I just felt an absolutely crushing sadness and so much pain from people on the planet. I was devastated by the news of new outbreaks of violence and war between Georgia and Russia. I just felt SO much sadness and pain. I went to my room and just cried. I don't even know what I am crying for. A friend of mine who is also a Lightwarrior felt this very intensely as well and had a siezure early in the morning.

Is anyone else feeling this sadness? I tell myself every minute to "stay positive, keep the hope in your heart" because I BELIEVE in ascencion for this planet and our people. But some days...it is so HARD! And most people have no idea what we are talking about when we speak about these things. It can feel so lonely.
