Which stones are the best to have at my desk..at work?

I recently started a new job. I shield myself on a daily basis but I am surrounded by alot of negative people. I can't just leave my job because of it. I would like to place stones at my desk to help block people's negative energy away from me while I am at work. What would work the best?
