Strange Vision - made me feel nausious

Hi

Earlier today I had a strange vision whilst I was meditating.

I just saw blackness and it immediately made me feel sick and since then I have been feeling nausious, before I was perfectly fine only had a very slight headache due to the thundery weather today. I've never had a vision before like this which has made me feel nausious.

Sometimes when I feel sick allready visions always tend to make me nausious but this time is not the same as I explained above.

I could use a bit of guidance on this, if any of you have experienced this sort of thing before or know what it means.
