Will Atlantis rise again?

This question has been on my mind for quiet sometime. With all this 2012 stuff going on, I can't help but to think weather indeed we'll have another Atlantis scenario. Sometimes I really don't know what to think anymore. We are experiencing the same sypmtoms, same events, etc.

Corruption, greed and hate are always around the corner, crime is on the rise, and talks of world peace seem to go no where. I know some of you will say, that I need to go with the flow, yea, but I just want to know what are your opinions?

Will Atlantis rise again? Would humanity be erase from earth?
