Will we ascend if we spin 33 times 3x's a day

I read this in Barbara Marcinak's book "Bringers of the Dawn" and it says to spin 33 times 3 times a day and see how much longer we will stay in this form. Do you guys think that's true? If we can speed up the process or not of ascending I don't know, I wonder because it takes time for us to accomplish what we need to do on Earth, so with the spinning if its true and we ascend quicker then how will we get done what we were set out to do? Or would we just finish our task quicker and then ascend?
