I need help in channeling

Yesterday I had the most mind blowing experience, not that it was the first. But it made me realize that I have guradian spirits and I need to do something about it in other to stabilize my life. So the step I took was to join lightworkers.

Well yesterday the electricity went and without electricity I used up all the power on my laptop. So I had nothing to do and I made it sound pathetic and went to sleep.

Then it happen - saying this to myself - force my guradian to do something about it - he made it seem as though he was in my bed and then made my bed stand in my dreams and shaked it, while I was still on the bed, mind you - I was in a dream like state.

So now I need some help in how to channel this or them. I been dealing with them on my own for five years now. But can't do anymore. They beyond me and my control. So can anyone help me - in connecting with my spirits.
