walking in the dark with no light

hell all.i feel i am walking through the dark with no light.one minute life looks like u have it sorted then bang u realise u dont have a clue as to where things are going.i dont know where to turn to anymore.i feel so lost anyone else know why i feel like this.i feel so uncertain of things.and yes trust seems hard as how can u hold onto someone or something u cant see.?xxxxxxxxx
