How do you deal with a dishonest person?

I recently just found out that the closest person in my life right now is a pathological liar. It's like everything about our relationship is now one big lie. I know for sure that this person is lying about almost EVERYTHING to me. How do you deal with people like this? It's very very upsetting :(
