For Teen and Young Adult Lightworkers ~Donna's Blog

(As I expect many of you already know, donna is no longer on the site, but she asked me would I continue to suggest to young Lightworkers that they read her blog, as it may be useful for them. Many young Lightworkers have already read it,and got a lot from it.I thought any new young members could find it easily here, but if anyone has a better suggestion of where to place it, please suggest! Both donna and I felt it important that it still be available, as there has been so much positive feedback about it from the young ones,and donna is happy for it to go anywhere as long as it is easily accessible.)

Ok, we all know and recognise that being a teen and young adult can be a hard job, heck it was hard when I was there and I wasnt bombarded with media, technology, TV, computers etc telling me how, who and what i should or shouldnt be.
Ten or twenty years ago, the energy flowing to earth probably matched the energy of the times a little more. I wasnt trying to catch and hold a high light vibration within a lower vibrational world and struggling with the pressure which that brings... on top of being a teen. I didnt hold as much Light when i was there as the kids at this age now do, i wasnt expected to.
You beautiful young adult and teens in our society today are expected to hold that Light within some pretty heavy situations.
Sometimes this can be overwhelming, especially when everything around may seem dark and heavy, living sometimes in families and societies that simply do not understand that as well as feeling energy as Love and Joy, you can also feel energy as sorrow, pain, hurt and 'black thoughts' that are bouncing around the atmosphere. Somtimes you even take these energies as your own and feel like a 'bad' person when in reality, away from this illusion, you are Pure Divinity and Joy!
Society is trying perhaps to make you 'bend and conform' to old rules, perhaps similar rules that I found fairly easy to conform to, or at least pay lip service to...because the energy was different back then.
Dear Ones, in these times of massive energy change and High Light Frequency you have the ability to Change thought patterns like at no other time.
You all have inbuilt abilities to alter the perception of Lower frequency energy that enters your space. At this time you have no need, no reason, to allow yourselves to physically or mentally feel these heavier emotions...many of these emotions are not for you, they are simply released energy formations from a mass consciousness that is evolving into a higher state of being.
You and those who come after you, are the 'next generation' Lightbeings, these heavy feelings are not of your timeline. You can switch off the 'heavy emotion' switch that is within and allow it to be rewired to accept only Joy and Love, for in Truth, these heavier energies have NO Power over you.
Try it! Feel It! The next time you come across a 'heavy', smile and say "I am Love, this emotion has No Power over me, it is not part of my experience" Then dear hearts, let it go, think no more of it, do not allow it to dwell within your thought patterns....and as it goes it will change, it will flow effortlessly into the vibration of Love.
With practice it becomes easier and soon no thought is necessary as you become 'immune' to actively feeling this heavier energy. As it reaches your space it is transformed into Love and so there becomes less and less of it to float around, untill that day comes when the last of it is transformed and we are free!
WoW....just think what this world will be like then....a world for your children, my grandchildren, that holds no low frequency power structures!
I want to say a BIG Thank You to all Young Adults and Teens, Thank You for being You, Thank You for choosing to be here at this time and Thank You, so very much, for the work that you do even if it doesnt feel as tho you are working, You Are!
Every Thought, every action and every deed is a learning curve teaching us to reach out and grasp Love, within each lesson, even lessons that seem negative or dark ( and remember, you dont have to accept the heavy!) there is opportunity to find grace, love and joy.
You Dear Ones are transmuting, clearing and sweeping clean old 'truths' old illusions and old hatreds, simply by being Love and being You. LOL....You are so wonderful that You dont even have to DO anything, just be here, be alive and Be Love!
I Love you....You Are an amazing generation.
