Energy Protection

Like to ask some questions on energy protection.
I white light myself all the time and ask for only the highest, purest and the best energy when I meditate, channel or have OBE's. I also ask my warrior guide to be with me and shield me when I feel something isn't right when I do work with people.

Had someone do a body scan on me and they told me I have to Nasties around me that do not want to let me go that I have a contract with them. Something that I may have picked up when I have OBE's.

She doesn't know the reason. I was wondering if someone has had this or came across this and have any wisdom to pass on. Mostly on protection and how to get rid of them.

She pointed out the area and I agreed with her as I felt some discomfort in that region, they like to hang out in the lower body...mostly legs...hips and knee areas. Lower chakras.

I did some mediation on the area, white light, ask my guides for assitance.

Just checking for some advice or more tips.
