DNA activation

Hi.
My question is: how do I know when my DNA has been activated? I find all this very confusing, have I had my DNA activated without knowing- or do I consciously have to do this?
There are even sites where by looking at an image your DNA is activated.....? http://www.dnaactivation.org/index.html
Any thoughts?
