I've just come across the subject in more depth recently, and I was wondering if anyone might have any experiences they'd like to share.

I've read a lot about who/what/where/why/how/when they 'attack', but there's not a lot out there on getting rid of them, although there's quite a bit about protection in the first instance.

Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?
