Counsel of 12 looking for an explaination

I have been told over and over again that I have 2 counsel of 12 around me.

One Pleiadian and one Sirian and my guardians are the Elohim.

What does this mean, I have never see them but I do feel them all the time as well I can smell them, like a bouquet of flower, when I am in a room that has nothing in it.
