Hi everyone, I subscribe to the “Uriel Heals” newsletters and I read the messages by Jennifer Hoffman on her website. I find what Jennifer describes about the current “energies” in her May newsletter, duplicated below, VERY apt or fitting to what I have been personally experiencing lately.  I also find Jennifer’s explanation for WHAT is going on in our tranistory world and WHY (as, on the whole, we are still in transition from the 3-D Earth to the higher realms), to be very revealing.

I, for one, have been going through a purging of what I can no longer tolerate in my own personal arenas, and have been coming across very negative energies and egos all around me, which have stretched me to my limit, and I have made the choice to transmute them to the higher vibrations - through love and light – as much as possible.

I must say honestly that it has been been very difficult for me to recognise and make this choice – to choose the higher energies / frequencies, as I myself have let my own ego-self arise and have got myself caught up in ego battles lately.   However, having said that, my current personal situation is such that - through my genuine desire and love to be of service to others and myself, I have (in a metaphorical sense) “fought against the odds” and kept myself open-minded both to personal change and to information from others (with discernment) – and NOW (thanks to people like Jennifer Hoffman, Lisa Renee, Daniel Jacobs, Karen Bishop and Celia Fenn) I am “armed” with the awareness of WHY currently and lately there is/has been so much turmoil around.

I see myself now well on the path to living in un-conditional love, and my heart rejoices in this. I have done the “hard yards” and I now realise that the stresses and challenges I have faced are pushing me to move forward and to grow futher, and that depression and apathy, etc. are signs that I am moving up a notch or two in my consciousness / frequency.

Please know that if you having trouble with personal challenges, many of us are experiencing the same, and Karen Bishop’s series of books explains ascension and ascension symptoms very well - BUT together, we will get through this!  Perhaps, remember, dear fellow Light Workers, as a wise friend of mine has just reminded me that :
