James Gilliland video - Our electrical grid starts going down at end of 2009 due to solar flares.

Did anyone watch the James Gilliland interview video on Light Workers? James said that at the end of 2009 the electrical grid is going to start going down due to massive solar flares. He added that NASA has said that these solar flares will peak and then be on the downswing between 2010 and 2012. He said the flares are predicted to end 2012. Anyway that's basically what I heard.

My world view tells me that these flares could cause outages here and there but not last for prolonged periods of time. Also light workers' visualizations can help minimize the effects of these flares. James didn't say anything about how long he thought outages could last.

Does anyone know more about this subject?
