Whereas,

We, the undersigned, sovereign human inhabitants of the planet earth, are aware our governments have long standing contracts with extraterrestrial entities also referred to as Reptilian aliens from the Orion Empire.   

We are aware these contracts were made in secret without the knowledge, or consent of the HUMAN FAMILY,

And, have been the source of unbearable and obscene suffering to the MASS OF HUMANITY,

And, furthermore, these contracts were designed to benefit the few to the disadvantage of the MANY.
  

THEREFORE,

We, the united Human Family, declare these illegal contracts NULL and VOID

WE NOW EXTEND A HUMBLE AND HOPEFUL INVITATION TO THE STAR NATIONS, THE UNITED GALACTIC FEDERATION, FOR IMMEDIATE AND PUBLIC INTERVENTION  HERE, ON OUR BELOVED MOTHER EARTH, WITH THE PURPOSE TO FREE HUMANKIND ~ ON ALL LEVELS ~ THAT WE MAY TAKE OUR RIGHTFUL POSITION AS  MEMBERS OF THE GALACTIC   HUMAN  FAMILY.
