Today's Angel Message: Happiness

 

Dear ones,

Today we invite you to turn inward and reflect on this question --"Am I happy?"

For many of the you, the answer will be an immediate Yes! or No! You are clear on the reasons why you are happy or not happy. But for so many others, the question is not so easily answered. There are some things in life that bring you happiness and joy, but there are so many other times when you find a dull grayness to your day.

Would it surprise you to know that happiness is a choice? There are many who are living in dismal conditions and circumstances who face the world with a radiance that seems unlikely at best. They are happy, even though their life is not going as they had hoped. They choose to move forward each day trusting that all will be well, acting as though all IS well, until indeed, it comes to pass.

The secret? Ah, the secret is not so difficult as you might think. It is very important to spend time each day pausing and thinking on the people and the things that do make you happy. It is very important to pause and connect with the angels and with the Creator of All. The truth is that even the most dire of circumstances can change in a blink... it is just a matter of pulling out of the immediate and getting the bigger picture.

To begin to become more happy in your life you only need focus on that which brings you joy and pleasure. The vibration and the feeling around it affects all else that is happening. When you continue to believe that all is well and that you are happy, the circumstances will change to meet that vibration!

What do have to lose by trying this? Do you prefer to cling to your negative feelings? Do you prefer to live in a way that does not honour your truest potential? Smile and think of that which you love --the person you will see at the end of the day, the cottage that awaits at the end of the week, a phone call to a friend you can make in a moment, a hobby, a place, an accomplishment of which you are proud. Think it and be it. Focus on it and all will change for the better.

In this moment, you have everything you need to be happy. And you are supported by angels and all of Heaven to help you in your journey. Call on us for assistance in all matters. Know that you are upheld by forces unseen. Let your heart be filled with thanks and you WILL know peace and happiness.
