Hello Dear Souls:

We come to you now in the Love and Love/Light of the One Infinite Creator

[through this vessel Daphne]

and bid you welcome to your raising frequencies, which are settling in
your systems, in your bodies, in your mind/spirits. .. you are wholly
not who you were just days ago, and the Gateway of June 6 is now upon
us. The amplification in the energetic "push" through your system will
be somewhat intensified in the next 5 days, and you may feel varying
amounts of discomfort, anxiety, and sleep pattern disturbances. ..

we assure you that we are doing our best in trying to "iron out" the
wrinkles in your respective systems, and that the more you can breathe
and go with the process, the more it shall be easier on you...

for some this will be arduous, indeed, for those are the individuals
who carry more of the collective consciousness within their respective
holograms, and are transmuting for others, and indeed, entire
communities, as well as just themselves.. .this puts additional strains
on the system.

It is important to drink water, to remain undisturbed emotionally, as
far as one is able to accomplish this...to take care of oneself
nutritionally. ..integrating these types of energies has never been
done in the waking conscious state before, and it is experimental in
nature...we are not exactly sure how some shall respond, how their
energy systems will respond.

Know that things are shifting daily, hourly, and that that the more
you are able to "ride the wave" the better you shall feel...trying to
hang onto all that is old shall only intensify your challenges.. .
prepare to have a very different world come to you, to greet you, as
the old falls away, and the new is emerging...you shall find yourself
changed, but you shall not understand this intellectually.
