The Butterfly

Hello Everyone :)

I have waited awhile before sharing this poem not sure when the right time was to place it on here, but after reading some material posted here this evening I felt and saw the serendipitious signs that is was the right time to do so. I hope you enjoy it. It's a simple message and yet one so dear to all our hearts.

Oh Butterfly, with your beauty so rare.
You pass through this world with so little care.
On gossamer wings so shining, so bright.
When suspended in sunshine what a glorious sight!

From flower to garden
And from garden to tree.
Your messages stir up new hope inside me.

Take all the world's people as the flowers on Earth.
Sharing sweetness from one we give the other it's worth.
And as all of the people come to value each other
We all can know now we are sisters and brothers.

The Lillies of Peace.
The Roses of Heart.
Reflect our Heritage
Of an Almighty Art.

Their seeds so entrusted
We must promise to keep.
As we sow them each day
There is so much to reap.

Oh! Drifting on wings
So shining! So Bright!
I stand here Awakened
To your glorious sight.

You Angel of symbols
I have heard you today.
I will work in the garden
Of my heart. Show the way!
