i was wondering if anyone has tried talking to their pet mentally?
my boyfriend has been trying to do that with our dog, Amuni. How can we know weather or not she is really hearing him or not? How can I do it to my other dogs?
Any tips or feedback will bee greatly appreciated, thank you.

Every time I try to meditate i fall asleep.
Every single time. Is this bad? Am I doing something wrong?
I start off fine, the next thing I know i wake up and a hour or more has passed. All i can remember is meditating for a few minutes, and the rest is a blur.
