I've been feeling really rotten for a few days but was pretty upset that a good friend suggested anti-depressants. So that I should walk around like an uncreative zombie? How can people who supposedly care for you give such simplistic advice?

I am truly grateful for the deep feelings of compassion that I feel and know that the true me is slowly coming out of its shell.
