I wanted to share a very significant change that happened to me today. I have never been one to dwell on Earthly daily issues much. In fact, I have spent my life being "spacey" and out of touch with the mindset of those around me and the planet. I have kept an intense focus on spiritual development for some years now.

I have had an experience, and it changed my perspective on life. While I was in deep contemplation about life: I was wondering, "what is the meaning of it all?" I suddenly was no longer one with my body. I have never felt this before. I was suddenly aware that I am not my body. I realized that I go beyond just being my body.
