When my daughter’s were young, they had a monthly tradition, “Rabbit, Rabbit day” is what it was called. The first day of every month, immediately upon awaking, they were to speak aloud “Rabbit Rabbit!”.

As a healer I find value in the full experiencing of all emotions. They all serve a purpose, even if we are uncomfortable by our experience of an emotion that is lower on the vibrational scale. Ideally, you reach a point in your self-development of mastering your emotional body.
