This is a little poem by a buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. Its a little something that can help anyone return to the present moment when feeling dis-eased. It goes like this:

Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment
I know this is a wonderful moment.

Well, I gots to say averybody, things are going great! Life is so fun and full of joy =) Affirmations are so cool, they are transforming my life in magnificent ways! May everyone always gracefully live in abundance and happiness. Positive thinking!

Hi everyone. I just just wanted to sare with you some things I have been doing for about 3 days now. I have been working with affirmations and boy are they working. You see we go alot through our day and sometimes we arent very aware of what thinking patterns we use.

The Family

Hi my fellow brothers and sisters, I hope everyone is doing real good. I had an inspired idea and wanted to know if anyone would think it's cool to begin doing a project I call "the family". My idea is to build a place where all lightworkers can get together and live. A plce where we could grow our own food, meditate, play, and where people could come searching for truth.
