These past few days it feels as if the filter that controls my thoughts has been stripped away. Something like a control valve on the water hose that has broken and the water is pouring out, actually spraying all over the place. The more I try to control my thoughts the more they rush out. Forget about a patch these thoughts cannot be controlled.

I am reminded over and over again that no matter what we see or feel the most important thing to remember is to live in love. We must love and be loved, for we are love. In everything that we do we must do it with love in our hearts. If we know that it is love that we truly want then why do we choose anything else?

So it seems that the titter-tottering continues and fatigue is clearly evident amongst many. Trust me hold on for the ride it seems to be getting more and more exciting, the peeks and drops are quite amusing. I am happy to report that the feelings of uncertainty are more subdued, even transparent at times.

Armor of Love!

My path becomes stretched and mystifying
At times dark, lonely with thoughts of anguish
Falling time and time again
Standing alone I confront what knocks me down
Mocked by thoughts of collapse
Jeered by feelings of failure
Wanting to give up, conceding defeat
From deep within the strength is found

I must concede that this past week has felt a little tiring, a little confusing and slightly frustrating. It seems that everything is up side down and of out of whack. Something that feels really excellent in a moment suddenly feels uncomfortable in another. I seem to be floating around unable to get my feet on the ground.

A Painting

I raise my brush to paint thy perfection
Thoughts of light and love gush through me
With one movement there is color
Another creates the flow of harmony
To hold thy beauty is to truly live
I sway from side to side enamored
I race to capture thy sensuous movement
To quick to be bounded I advance with admiration
I am enthralled by thy splendor

The lessons are becoming so much more apparent, so much more obvious. If for some reason or another I am unable to get the message or lesson trust me, some way or another I figure it out and I mean figure it out!
