My ancestors chanted songs of freedom
And I rose, from a rude awakening
Knowing of healing energy that apparently knew me
And made me IT!
Inner visions reveal the gift to intuit
The indwelling wit
And now I see - more than a glimpse of my Queen
Jah spoke through you and revealed our destiny
Our golden throne full restored and blinging like the morning star

I saw your image barefooted sunset at the beach
I visualized talking to you but I couldn’t speak
Because all that I saw had me in awe
I’m not an artist but this picture I can draw
Let my words paint a portrait royal and raw
I’m stalking your jazzy style within Nature’s Law

Cell blocks flourish
And the dwellers of them stagnate
And despite three meals a day
There’s no food on the plate
The blueprint reveals social ills
That are designed to kill
Gradually
And casually
Prisoner’s of this war
Feast on generic food for thought
And each other
Searching for redemption
No time for time-outs
To examine the famine
The TV is on too long
