mind, body and soul fayre/Spirit of the Birds Workshop

Went to a lovely event at the weekend in Holsworthy, Devon England. The day started with a relaxing guided meditation in a healing garden, so so peaceful and tranquil I'm glad i participated it set the ethos for the rest of the day. I met with so many of my spiritual friends and made some new ones too, so lovely.
