On the subject of "higher selves," it is important to emphasize that, just as the person you've identified as is but an expression of your divine soul, your soul itself is an expression of All That Is -also known as God.

Sometimes -perhaps often times- resistance can come up when we are being faced with lessons we must learn. When our experience is compelling us to broaden our minds to a larger perspective or to let go of the need to control every step of our journey and trust that it is turning out perfectly, we can have the tendency to fight it.

I've heard varying views about Indigos, and I've found that most people who talk about them haven't heard of Rainbows. I just wanted to give my understanding of the whole phenomena. New Age Children are those children (some are now grown up) who are coming in to facilitate and assist the full transition into the New Age.
