I was in Brooklyn on Sunday night. I had a good view of Manhattan and was admiring the city lights as any country person will. I noticed something different this time. Although the lights are pretty I have always been somewhat nauseated at the amount of electricity being wasted with so many tall buildings with lights ablaze on every floor all night long.

I just don't know quite how to describe this feeling I have today. I want to fly, I am in anticipation of something wonderful. the excitement builds and I know something amazing for everyone is just around the corner, the energy of love courses through me. ahhh what to do with this lightness?

Wouldn't it be convenient
for parents and teachers
employers, police
and the ruling class
if everyone were equally
inhibited and compliant?
This world needs rebels
and dreamers too
don't try to make everyone
just like you
you can't expect one
to sit still
who is simply irrepressable
A true heart makes a whole person
obedience is optional.

Today is May day.

I had to drum today
to stop my heart from breaking
I opened to the rhythm
as my spirit sought to flee
I used my hands today
to stop my mind and
soul from leaving
because they will be needed
when it's time to
plant the seeds

The same moon shines upon us all.
the wind, which tickles your neck today
will whisper your name in my ear tomorrow,
And tho the world be wide and far
Good it is to be here, with you.

I am seeking to imagine a way of doing democracy in which the authority moves from the bottom up, rather than the top down. Perhaps this story I wrote will help explain what I am envisioning.

Along with the attributes of a lightworker described in the videos I also feel a strong urge to put knowledge into practice, to manifest spirit in the mundane world. Am I just impatient? Love is a basic human right, love speaks every language, The change we long for is love. Chrys

Stardust we are
stardust is almost all we are
a tiny bit of particle
an energy trickle
lots of water
and stardust.
All sorrow and all joy
is shared in the starry sky
tho we seek to remain longer
on this good green earth
in our watery bodies...
we are home anywhere
in the stardust
