Help, please---- with coping with fears...
OK,
So- I have only had a little glimpse of what there is out there.
" Conciousness "-- I can't seem to hold on to it. Its very fustrating.
I woke this morning with the Fear- Why is it back?- I am trying so hard to let it go. I guess I have carried it for so long- Its a Horrible habit ! Or its the past- telling me things will never change...
I Need help with my Fears !
