The meditation this week was so very pleasant! What has been happening every Sunday is that I am flooded with images and sensations later in the day, hours after the meditation. The actual meditation is spent in a relaxed "BEing" state, feeling connected to all that is.

I feel more.

What I mean by this is that I feel that more of my higherSelf is coming into this physical form. I feel more comfortable with who I am in every moment ...always shifting, as energies move. I feel stable, centered, calm and ready.

The past week has been a whirlwind for me. I reconnected with someone that I knew years ago last Monday and things have not been the same since. I feel like a dormant part of myself has awakened. I have not met someone physically in this life that I feel this level of affinity with (until now) and I am so excited (and nervous) for this new connection.

I was there, BUT...
I did not experience the energies very intensely until much, much later in the day. I knew activites where going on, and I heard many voices/whispers. There was so much commotion! I couldn't make sense of all of the activity and was a little overwhelmed and emotional during the actual meditation.

I have tried an only Alkalizing Foods diet for 6 days to rebalance by body's pH. It has not been easy as I am addicted to Carbohydrates and I love cheese. I have been vegetarian for 6 years with no issues, but eating only Alkaline is hard!

Because of my experience in meditation yesterday I have been thinking a lot about Chakras. This afternoon I had an epiphany about what was occuring with me.

Wow, this morning was intense for me!

This last week has been incredibly busy for me, with moments of exquisite beauty!

I went with my family (Mom, Dad and younger brother) across the Midwest, through the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and then down to Grand Rapids, Michigan for my cousin's wedding on Saturday.

This planet is so beautiful.

I have been playing with energies in my hands the past few days.
