After I read it, things that have been churning in my mind al lday became clearer!

Thank you to the Guardian of my Heart.

As a young girl, I gave the key to my heart to a certain someone as a childish, impetuous gesture.

Little did I know almost 30 years later, HE would still be guarding me heart from the other side.

Although HE passed on almost 17 years ago, he is still my best friend and still one of my great loves.

A sadness seeps into my soul tonight

From out of no where it arrives

I am surrounded by people yet I feel all alone

It threatened to drag me down deep if I was to fight it

Instead, I chose to rise above it ... I let my spirit soar.

For the sadness was not 'from' me nor was it meant 'for' me.

A prayer, a blessing, and lots of healing energy I send far and wide, To all those who I care about who the darkness may follow:

Please pray for my friend and keep him in your light. He is very special to me and I do not want to lose him.

Sadly, I have already lost too many that I love in this manner and will not let another one go without a fight!

I do understand that those who have passed could not continue for their pain was too great for them to bear.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD WORDS POUR OUT OF YOU LIKE THEY CAME FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT YOU DID NOT WRITE?  ALL OF A SUDDEN THESE WORDS CAME OUT OF MY MOUTH AND I HAD TO RECORD THEM ON MY CELL PHONE.

Yesterday afternoon, I met a friend at the park to try to play some tennis after many years. We were chasing down the ball more than we hit it. I joked that my aerobic exercise was running and bending and it was a great workout. Of course, my Forty something body protested a bit and I finally understood the term "weekend warrior" lol.

I went to www.newlifeexpo.com in NYC yesterday. Attended an awesome Energy healing panel. More on that and the amazing energy of those healers later. Before the panel starts, i went into the marketplace and bought some crystals and pendulums.

One fluorite stone JUMPED out at me - it had the word PATIENCE on it.
