I just wanted to share my day. I run a restaurant that is super busy. This day is the most busy day of the year. We will do over 30,000 dollars in sales today and the staff works so hard. We are dealing with about 1,500 people that have their superior egos on and they are the only ones that matter. We have a smooth day and everyone was happy and accomodated.

I had another incredible test of ego today. I had a great financial loss today. When I realized what had happened I could not breath for a moment. The details really don't matter. I remembered last week reading, Stillness Speaks!

I had an ahh moment yesterday. I have abandoment issues from past relationships. The pain body that is triggered by abandoment usually mainfests inself in an intense need to "people please". In people pleasing we will loose ourselves and then become the victims.

I am not sure how to communicate to all of you. New to the web. Please help. I want to branch out and talk.
