I asked Angel Rafael to help me with my negative emotions. Rafael then explained them to me:
He took the anger from me and put it in a small matchbox.
He took the hate out of me and put it in that same matchbox.
He took my worries from me and put them in that matchbox.
He then took my sorrow, my loneliness and my insecurity.
They all fitted nicely in that matchbox.

Ever since I have started remembering what I did in the days of Atlantis, I'm feeling this big sorrow inside me and it's eating me from the inside.
If any of you can help me in releasing this energy, it can really make a difference.

Hello everyone!

Yesterday was a happy day for me: I finished writing my book!
Now I only need to do the graphics and it is ready! If anyone knows an international publisher, please let me know... :)

For the last three days I was feeling pretty ill, I had this huge pain in my teeth, I tried healing myself with my favorite methods but that wasn't working well enough so I started taking pain killers.
When that didn't help I moved into even stronger pain killers, which killed most of the pain.

In 2006 I went to a sacred geometry course in Ylöjärvi, Finland. Me and my two friends drove there together and on the way, one of my friends said that in that course we will be given an important symbol.
