I have been highly sensitive to energies since I was a child. I notice that at night I become my most sensitive and emotional - this may have something to do with the moon?
I was just wondering if anyone else is ultra sensitive to energies and what do you do to block and protect yourself from 'feeling too much'?? And also how to filter these energies. Is it all visualization?
