Hello All,

I'm writting this to see if anyone else is going thru these feelings right now. For the last few days I've been extreemly tired, like feeling the need to sleep NOW, overwhelms me. Plus I've been having head aches and flu like feelings, which I know to be comming from ascension. But today I feel worse, hot flashes (not menopause either), nausea, bloated (ewe), tired, achey all over.

This was sent to me by a friend, I felt it was very important so I posted it here.

I'll never forget the look in my patients' eyes when I had to tell them they had to go home with the drains, new exercises and no breast. I remember begging the Doctors to keep these women in the hospital longer, only to hear that they would, but their hands were tied by the insurance companies. So there I sat with my patients, giving them the instructions they needed to take care of themselves, knowing full well they didn't grasp half of what I was saying, because the glazed, hopeless, frightened look spoke louder than the quiet 'Thank You they muttered.

As I sat this morning to meditate on releasing negativety and dealing with the heartache, I realized that the pain was partially due to the fact that my negative patterns do not suit my hearts vibration. This is part of what is causing the heartache. So I was looking thru a book on Chakras and realized that the heart is the mediator.

I was wondering if anyone else out there is at a point of no longer being so caought up in Enlightenment. What I mean by this is that it isn't so much a priority anymore. There's not so much need within you to read more do more classes etc.
