Sometimes it is confusing, and difficult, to live on the planet within and amongst the physical and materialistic world, and at the same time to follow a path of spiritual enlightenment, awakening, development, discovery, development .........

I think you should definitely write a blog on this … I think a lot of people will resonate with it.

On Sunday I met four people; a 12 year old boy, a 20 year old girl, a 24 year old boy, and a 26 year old girl. I had just played a cricket match and was sitting on the grassy bank surrounding this beautiful field on the Constantia Uitsig wine farm in Cape Town.

I would be the last to claim that I had the makings of a poet but, one day these were my thoughts and they arranged themselves for me.
Thought I'd send it out for people to read, especially those who find winter a drag, and to those who need to find rescue from within for other ailments.
And, with a smile, to share with my new friend, I hope she reads it ...... she will know.

Again this writing is incomplete to some degree although the message below is complete - it forms one chapter of a book that I am writing, and even this chapter is incomplete.
I thought I would share it and having posted it, like my last blog, I feel obliged and compelled to finish the chapter.

It has always meant a lot to me, so I share it with you all (if you read my blog of course ha ha).

LET ME TELL YOU THE MEANING OF A SMILE

It costs nothing.

It creates much.

And so my awakening begins .........
So many books to read; they're all good; which one's to choose; which one's to omit.
And I read many, many ... and the messages are amazing and enlightening - lots to think about.
