its not the first time I experience this,but today it happened again,sleep paralysis is horrible,it scares the shit out of you...it happens when you wake up with your eyes opened but the rest of your body totally unable to move,some people also experience presences and visions,as for me I only get the feeling that something or somebody is around and this time I saw something like blurry light glob
