I have decided to live my seasons consciously, stop me if you've heard this before, by living in the moment.

The winter is my time to die, rot and come to a complete stop. To embrace death and finality and to consolidate myself into a new fresh being; Innocent for the spring.

As I walked home today I saw myself from above, I wondered why I looked so sad and felt so drained. I thought about the limitless amounts of energy available to us and about how I don't always use it because, even though it is my birth rite, I feel unworthy of it and so I don't take it.

I wonder in the past when someone was to pass on to the next existence, if their loved ones would have ceremonies to build up energy to assist them in their passing.

I imagine it to be a beautiful ceremony filled with love and acceptance.

I have recently been surfacing and resolving shadow issues of the past. I have cried and felt as low as I have ever felt. Reliving moments and shedding them. Like a painful rebirth. Peeling back the blackened tarnished layers and letting the light shine through, the new, the bright, feeling and helping the high vibrational energies ground within me.
