I will speak the truth

I am a very gentle soul...i never want to hurt anyone....that has led me in the past to hold back the truth from people.....to hold back what i had inside...what my true opinions were at different matters...in order to not hurt them
I understand now...that even if it came from a loving place...it kept them from evolving...
Of course people needs comfort and someone telling them it will all be ok...but if one has advices and the person needs to hear something that will push them forward one should not hold it inside...
I can sense people getting upset if i tell them what they don`t want to hear...but if someone asks for my help...i will give it...even if what they really want is me agreeing with them...but i care for everyone so if i can trigger something in people...make them angry...BEAUTIFUL...then i have showed them that they have something to heal...that is true LOVE !!!
