An Ounce of Prevention
Well today I have been slowly gaining my physical strength and energy back. I'm over the worst of the yucks. Have you ever noticed how you can cleanse your spirit and astral space all the time but if you had just planned ahead you might not have had to cleanse your world nearly as often because you would have been living a spiritually healthy lifestyle to begin with? I want to tell you of some really simple things you can do to prevent the sort of overwhelming physical symptoms such I had he last week or so, hopefully. In our lifetime we encounter many things which are not nourishing our spirit or body and toxins build up in the system so that when you do a cleansing it can get INTENSE. So first and foremost be sure you are eating healthy and that the people, places and things in your life are not Toxic to you. Second learn to monitor the energy flows through the chakra system including the minor ones at hands and feet used for grounding, centering and sending and receiving of energy You have all seen by now I am sure the chart of the person sitting lotus style with the main chakras running in a straight line from groin to crown of head. This is because the spine is the energy center for the body it is a bundle of nerves that are encased by cartilage and bone disks and the nerves sort of branch out from it into all parts of the body (think the body's ley lines here) the chakras or energy centers are like the nodes placed along a huge vast river system of energy. When they are blocked or in anyway out of balance you can have problems so on a regular basis you should do a chakra meditation to clear any bocked energy flows.
