CHANNELING: THE NEW SPIRITIST QUACKERY

This blog is in response to the above and I wanted to bring it out here

All of the years I've studied Zen, the martial arts, psychology, hynotherapy, shamanic dreamwork and many other modalities of healing, I still, after forty years realize how little I do know and how much I have to learn. It pains me even now to define what I "DO" when it comes to my healing practice, how I proceed to qualify myself to counsel others in their lifes struggle. And yet these pages are being filled with all sots of new channels, lightworkers, crystal readers and reiki masters et.al., who attest to having just awoken, springing up telling people what is and what is not. I love the way we pat each other on the back for such wonderful insights into our critical human condition. Most don't even realize that the dreams they have at night continue into their daily life. Oh, I'm awake now, it's different here in reality. psha and hogwash.

   I agree with the author here in that it takes years of very dedicated study to even begin to comprehend the intricities of the human psychi and it's detrimental induction programming. It take years to unlearn all the toxic lessons we're given as children regardless of what religion or country you come from. Many I know are already wondering what burr got up my backside and it's listening to these newbees telling stories about their wonderful dog or what mom and dad did. This is not facebook, myspace or craiglist so take it there. For me this is a serious yet humorous, sometimes, site where those with knowledge can compare and discuss with peers. It reminds me of an apprentice I had that insisted on telling others how to do the simplest things. He simply accomplished his own alienation and my admonishments for being a very dangerous person on the job. So if you have something of substance to say and/or share, or are in need of support from any of the wonderful people on here, bring it on and loudly too. Other than that, why are you here, to inflate your ego?
