"Thy Shall Not Worship False Idols" - different slant

Not even sure if this is a direct quote however it is what is remembered. Offered is that the primary emphasis is placed on "worship" and secondary emphasis placed on "false idols".
Peruse your belief systems for what the symbol "worship" reflects for you then view your 'reality' to see where you attach this belief. Wherever you attach this belief, you 'create' a false idol. Even if you attach it to "God", IMHO, you have created a false idol. Once you "worship", you create idols which are false for they are created only by worshiping them.
Please do not assume that I validate anything biblical. I have no interest in condemning nor condoning any of it. My point here is to offer that perhaps you, too, have been hypnotized, as I have. Any diversion from our 'essence', which is pure and SIMPLE, is part of the hypnotic state.
ET's, UFO's, gods, goddesses, God, angels, ascended masters, multi-dimensional light beings, Archangel Michael, etc. are false idols when they imply a "lacking", that we NEED something OUT THERE in order to 'reach' our 'true selves'. This is part of the hypnotic state. The only 'help' we need is to re-member what we are, by breaking the hypnotic state. IMHO
