Veriditas
It is taking alot for me to say this.
Posted April 13th, 2008 by VeriditasI don't often say much and I usually reply with a brief comment to those posts on here which really touch my heart. Because I don't often reply to things I hope that you all don't think I am a distant or aloof person because I am really not. Some here have posted that people who are in the midst of "ascension" or awakening are also muddled down with issues of self esteem.
The Harbinger
Posted April 3rd, 2008 by VeriditasFrom over the hammocks
And through the broad, bromiliad laden branches
Of the live oaks
You sing your restless song.
Gentle, redbreasted songster
What brings you to this sweaty savanna?
Together here in exile
And yet I hear you sing!
Songs of Nostalgia.
Moments of a youth.
Sunsual. Idealistic.
Saturated in Milky Moonbeams.
You are departing
AWAY, Away, away....
Please send Love, Light and Prayers for Sally
Posted March 25th, 2008 by VeriditasSally is the sister of a good friend of mine who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Up until Thursday it was believed to be under control. On that day she was enroute to her medical examination and treatment and suddenly went into seizures. In 3 short weeks it was discovered this cancer has travelled into her lymph nodes and brain.
Sometimes a Song
Posted March 18th, 2008 by VeriditasI just wanted to say thank you to you all for being so kind and supportive. I have always been a shy person actually and don't always find it easy to express myself as freely as I want to. Anyway I wanted to share this beautiful song by Dan Fogelburg with you all.
Blessings and Light

The Butterfly
Posted March 17th, 2008 by VeriditasHello Everyone :)
I have waited awhile before sharing this poem not sure when the right time was to place it on here, but after reading some material posted here this evening I felt and saw the serendipitious signs that is was the right time to do so. I hope you enjoy it. It's a simple message and yet one so dear to all our hearts.
Oh Butterfly, with your beauty so rare.
Helen Keller and Annie Sullivan: Such a great legacy of teaching and growth
Posted March 13th, 2008 by VeriditasHelen Keller became deaf and blind when she was just a baby of 19 months. As a child she was uncontrollable and her parents enlisted the help of Anne Sullivan.
Her teacher Anne Sullivan opened Helen's world by patiently teaching the young child. Her story has been told in books and in film.
Spirit of Spring
Posted March 6th, 2008 by VeriditasOh Spirit of Spring
Possess this man
Upon the world
Extend you hand
Resurrect the grasses brown
Anoint the trees with floral crowns
Renew the drowsy, sullen Earth
Bid her RISE UP
And know her worth
Prod her feminine luster
That lends her hue
Woo the life drawn forth from you
Spirit of Spring; Come around
Take away my sadness, my frown
It seems of late here death abounds
Mother Gaia? "Feed the Birds"
Posted February 24th, 2008 by VeriditasYes I admit I am a sentamentalist. This song has been on my mind for several days now and I really felt compelled to share this with you. It it is saying so much to me and perhaps it will touch your heart and leave you with the same feelings it has me.
May light shine on you all :)

Dialog with Self
Posted February 23rd, 2008 by VeriditasSpeculation
I strive to and fro over its surface
Scoping and measuring new perspectives
Wondering and wonder-ing.
"Oh rest and allow it."
"Advance!"
"Take it for granted."
"Melt into it's scheme and device."
"Are is your state, so....
"Be!"
"It will take care of it self."
"Laugh!"
Oh laughter.
Trickle down to where I want to be.
Casting off the weighted speculations.
