Newsletter (Sept 8, 2008): Hathors, Sonar, Vibrational Healing, Fear, Dark Entities, Rape, Permanent Transformation and more...

Hello there! It's been another interesting couple of weeks that I can't wait to share with you. Thank you to everyone who emailed me in regards to Gunthar coming to me in my dreams when I'm about to go pee. I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who has Spirit visit them during these intimate times.

A lot of interesting information came through when I met with Heath and Adeon that Friday, after I met Gunthar that morning. To start from the beginning, I was reading Drunvalo Melchizedek's book 'The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life: Volume 2' the previous Wednesday and came across a part about the Hathors of Ancient Egypt. They are 4th dimensional beings from Venus who use sonar (vibrational healing) to communicate and heal. Right then it came to me loud and clear, 'You are a Hathor.' I was walking on the beach a few months prior to that when Archangel Raphael told me that I know sonar and that I am to learn how to use my sonar powers again. He said I can talk to whales and dolphins and bring them close to the beach in order to heal my Self, others and humanity. I didn't even know then that we have sonar powers, so I asked Raphael if I was conscious of my sonar powers and got a big fat 'No.' I asked if I had blockages to using sonar and got a big fat 'Yes.' So I asked for my blockages to be cleared. Raphael said they were cleared but I didn't notice anything different at all. I decided that I would look into it but that it wasn't a priority at that time. Then when I came across the Hathors in Drunvalo's book, I 'remembered' that was how I had used my sonar in past lives....through sound toning and vibrational healing.

Then enter Heath and Adeon. The three of us have worked together in past lives and have come back together in this one to bring in information for vibrational healing, descension, ascension, DNA activation, 2012, instantaneous healing, energetic and vibrational healing and more...and just to have some fun with all this stuff, which can seem pretty serious at times. We are formulating seminars and I will keep all of you posted when we begin to launch all of this information.
So, Heath and Adeon were over that Friday, and Adeon was showing us a video presentation he is putting together on 2012 and there was a picture of a Hathor in it. I told them that I was just told this past week that I was a Hathor. And the discussions began. We each took turns channelling. I went first (channeled Archangel Raphael), then Heath went, and then Adeon. Then when it was my turn again, a Hathor showed up and told me that all three of us are Hathors. He said that he was going to take us on a visual journey and that there were 7 steps that we needed to know, integrate and use on Self and others to change the vibration of us and the planet, activate DNA, and more. Luckily we recorded all of this because sometimes when I channel I don't remember anything I've said. Pictures of Hathors:

So this Hathor took us on a visual journey and all three of us saw the same thing. The Hathor showed us what we needed to do to activate and work with these higher energies and with the merkabah's within us. I had an interesting experience. It starts several years back...I was working for an NSA chiropractor (Network Spinal Analysis), which I had never heard of then. I had been to see chiro's since I was 7 but never heard of NSA. NSA doesn't crunch or pop the bones, what it does is uses energy work to open energetic pathways (gates) within the spine to release stored tension. I received 1-2 treatments a day for the 9 months I worked there and from the very first treatment to the very last one, each time towards the end, I would begin yawning and yawning very big deep yawns and then my eyes would start tearing and tearing and I'd have tears just running uncontrollably down my face and yawning at the same time. I had imagined then that so much tension had left my body that my body needed the extra oxygen to come in and clear. I wasn't as intuitive then so I didn't have the tools to 'ask' what was going on. After working there, anytime that I even thought of NSA, my body would react by yawning and tearing again. It was pretty interesting to say the least.

So when the Hathor showed us this pyramid and energy work, I began yawning and yawning and tearing and tearing just like I did with NSA. Nothing had ever made me do that again until now. I was so overwhelmed with all the yawning and tearing that I missed the last of what Adeon and Heath were 'seeing' because I got so caught up in my own human experience. It was awesome though. Some really great information and insights came through and I think Heath is going to transcribe it for us. I believe this is what we will be teaching. And I got some more insite to the yawning and tearing. It's more about allowing these higher vibrational frequencies into the body. I will be teaching more of this in the upcoming Intuition Development Course.

Another interesting thing is that the Hathor showed us how to open the 64 DNA strands with the Merkabah, hence the 7 steps. I was told that there are many DNA activations out there but many are incomplete and dangerous. But what I was shown just recently when channelling my energy book is that there are Crystals that each of us have within our bodies that work with the 12 Strand DNA Activation. In my head I keep getting that the Crystals and these Merkabah's are two totally different things...so I discussed this with Adeon last week and still need to sit down with my Beings and Angels and look into this deeper. I've already begun opening and clearing the crystals, as well as implants (different than cords), with some of my clients and friends, and have done a little of the merkabah work with clients and my Starlight's group. I will have to keep you all posted with how this all unfolds. These are the keys to instant healing on the vibrational level. If we can heal here (which we can and we will), the body comes into alighnment with the higher vibration we have created, healing takes place rapidly, and then everything we ever thought about physical healing will become obsolete. Adeon just called as I was writing this. Synchronicity! I love it when that happens. He just had another Being come to him. He said he just called Heath, and Heath said he had another Being come to him too. The three of us are putting together a series of workshops and seminars called Light Field Creations. So back to some shit that came up last Thursday after teaching the Permanent Transformation workshop in Balaclava. After everyone left around 9:30pm, I was cleaning up to go home. I've had people offer to stay and help after many workshops but I have Angels on my side and I don't attract negative things. But that night, I had this really strange and negative feeling wash over me and I felt that someone was in the center. I kept looking at the stairs imagining that someone was going to walk up them any minute. I went into the kitchen area to wash the teacups and had another feeling that someone was going to walk up behind me, strangle me and rape me. Not a good feeling or vision to say the least. I had watched a French movie a couple of months back with a really horrible rape scene in it that made me feel sick to my stomach, (The movie is called Irreversible. I don't recommend it.) and occasionally that scene pops into my head and when it does, I bless it and clear it and move on. Well that scene popped back into my head and I began to get quite nervous and anxious. I kept clearing it but it just kept coming back.

I called my fiance, Martin, and told him that I felt really negative energy with me and that it was weirding me out. He recommended I keep clearing it and I told him that it keeps coming back. I was then going to walk to the car and call him when I got there and then call him when I got back to the center to load my things. I went downstairs and unlocked the door, but I couldn't get the key out. I tried for 10 minutes to get the key out and nothing worked. I called Martin back and told him I couldn't get the key out. He told me to ask my Angels, but the thing is, when I lose things, get frustrated or flustered, I don't get clear answers...(something more to clear with that)...and he knows this but he loves to tell me anyways. He was 5 minutes away and said he'd come help me. I hung up wondering if I was creating the key being stuck because I felt this negative energy and didn't want to be alone with it. Maybe unconsciously I wanted him to come and rescue me. But I continued trying with the key until he got there. He simply pushed a little part of the key hole in which released the key. This was only my second time with the key and I remembered then that that was the same problem I had a few months back. So he drove me to my car and helped me pack up. We went home and I forgot all about that until one of my client's (Dimuthu) who came to the Permanent Transformation workshop came to see me for a reading on Saturday.

So I told Dimuthu what happened after everyone left and her eyes widened. She said she had meant to tell me something before she left that night but forgot with all of the excitement. During our meditation towards the end of the workshop, she said that she felt and 'saw' and energy rush into the center towards the back of the shop and then rush up the stairs to join our group. She said that she actually thought someone came in and when she came out of the meditation she looked to see who joined us and there was no one who joined us...then she forgot about it until I mentioned it to her. So I found that quite interesting. I told Dimuthu that there have been many times during meditation where we are going to the Light, bringing the Light in and raising our vibration with the Light, that it sometimes attracts negative energies for healing. So I was walking on the beach this morning and it came to me to share all of this with you. I was wondering about the rape part of it because it is apparently still bothering me. As part of the Starlight's meditation group that I facilitate each week, we have been doing a Conversations With God Volume 1 book study. Clearing fears is what came up 2 weeks ago. What came to me is that I have 100 current fears to clear. I asked how many I needed to be conscious of (look at) and I got 39. So I cleared the rest and planned on looking at those 39 and clearing them...then I forgot about it and meant to do it this past week, but got slammed with clients and work. So what came is that the rape stuff are new fears that I've accumulated with that movie that are also bringing some old fears about rape, powerlessness, abuse, etc from past lives to the surface for clearing/healing. I also got that this stuff comes to me because I have the power to clear it from my consciousness, which then helps to clear it from the mass consciousness. You have this power as well. We all do. Some of us know it and some of us are remembering that again.

I also got that there is much healing that needs to take place on our planet and within the mass consciousness about sexuality, power, abuse, rape, limitations, roles, masculine, feminine, manipulation, supression, and so much more. We can heal this. We can heal everything that doesn't make any sense to us. We read the paper, we watch the news and we see that the world is insane. Why is poverty, starvation, war, killing, abuse, destruction and all this shit happening? Haven't we come out of the Dark Ages? It can all seem so overwhelming and sometimes we are left feeling sad and even numb inside, feeling despair, feeling helpless. Then we sit on our couches and we wait for someone to come and fix it. For a new president, a new leader, a new messiah, somebody, anybody to come and save us. And I will tell you this now and I will tell you this 1000 times...we are the ones we have been waiting for.

We are the ones who came to heal this planet. We are the ones that came to bring the truth. And it doesn't begin by joining the Red Cross or donating time or money to charities, it doesn't begin by becoming an activist or a politician. It begins on the couch at home through you. It begins by healing your Self. It begins by taking a look at your own consciousness and healing that. Then looking at your own unconsciousness and healing that. You must be the change you wish to see in the world...as Mahatma Ghandi says. Change begins with you. It begins when you look at you. What you are looking for is what's looking!

So just now when Adeon called, I told him about the negative energy. I told him what came to me on my walk this morning and what he got was that it was an entity (ghost or lost Spirit/Soul or whatever you want to call it) that had been strangled, abused and raped, that came in...came to me for healing. The entity tried to make me aware of it but it only scared the shit out of me and because my own fears were highlighted, I didn't 'ask' who is there, like I did with Gunthar. I didn't talk to it. I did keep bringing in the Light and my Angels but what dark or negative energies or Spirits need is for us to tell them to go to the Light...to go home...because they are stuck. This Soul was tortured and needed help to release its Self from here. That Soul is home now.

So I am sharing this with you to let you know more about these things that can't always be explained and that you might not even be aware of. Let my story remind you and awaken you to more than what meets the eye as well as help you remember how vibrant, radiant and powerful you are. You are the Light that never goes out and if anything dark or negative ever washes over you, your thoughts or your feelings, talk to it, just like I've been teaching you to do, then send it home (to the Light) if that's what it needs. This is also a reminder to me to clear these 39 fears now instead of letting them linger any longer. So I will write them all down today and use all of my tools, of which Permanent Transformation is one, to clear them out of my system. So for those of you who are taking the Permanent Transformation Course and Workshops, thank you for coming, and keep using it to clear any and all negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs, fears, etc and this in itself will help you open your intuition, become more aware, more conscious and more authentically you.
