Gratitude......

Gratitude adds such a complex dimension to everyday life. It's the essential ingredient to waking up happy and being happy thruout the day....Time is on our side. Wait and be patient. .Smile.Laugh. Be grateful for small things - look at everything and try to find joy in it or from it.  Stop judgements - if you can be kinder to yourself yourself,you will extend that forward. Infinite kindness. Be aware of this at all times - and be aware of what you are doing  and saying in your own mind. Catch your thoughts - and laugh at the silliness of the ego - nothing is as serious as  we make it out to be.  Be open and honest and do not doubt that your thoughts can change anything and everything.  Stay connected to the Earth - Green is all around us and opens up our Heart Chakra.  Take 3 deep, soulful breaths before you start to do anything - then start.  Stay connected - spend a few seconds out side, barefoot on earth or grass and connect to Earth.  Look for green as a symbol thruout your day to remind you to remain connected and keep your Heart open. Don't rush. Listen for the music.  Believe yourself, first. Nothing has to be perfect. It just has to be........
