Aloha Spirit

Aloha! I've just spent a beautiful weekend with Aunty Mahealani from the Big Island in Hawaii, at Byron Bay, Australia. Many confirmations and realizations, we are all connected in spirit, with different cultures & philosophies but so many simularities within those too... and the choice to be in Pono (rightness, excellence) or Pilikea (trauma, drama). One tool she gave us was to be aware of being in Pilikea and make it a maximum of 3 minutes!! Choose PONO! We are so blessed to have Kumu such as Aunty coming to our land to spread the ALOHA! Mahalo Nui Aunty!!
